returns policy

i accept returns if your print arrives damaged or if you are not satisfied that the print you received is as it was represented on the website.

i want you to be happy with your purchase, but i am an artist not a major retailer, so my policy is strict. thank you for your understanding.

please contact me within seven (7) days of delivery for return authorization with details of your issue. after seven days, i may not be able to accommodate your request.

return options for posters may be limited depending on the cooperation of the printer.

if the artwork arrives damaged

  1. contact me via this website with your order information and details of damage.

  2. save the original packaging.

  3. take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. an email address to send these to will be provided in my response.

  4. especially if the work is a limited edition, return of the item or proof of its destruction may be required for a replacement.

  5. i will contact you to discuss next steps.
